We faced the task of organizing a prestigious event for the Ministry of Youth & Culture that seamlessly blended tradition with contemporary relevance. Managing the full logistics of delegates, including congress registrations, hotel accommodations, transportation, and coordination of artists, we handled every detail from design to production, logistics, technical delivery, and post-event management. The event showcased the Al Burda Award, celebrating Islamic Art as a catalyst for sustainability. Featuring a diverse group of entertainers and staff, along with exhibitions that honored tradition, we created an event that was both culturally rich and future-focused.
